Customer Storage and Delivery

En primeur orders get added to customer storage accounts upon order and therefore are automatically converted from EP status to In Bond when landed into Bond and a rotation number (UK) or license plate (USA) is generated. During the entire lifecycle of an en primeur order customers can view their order when Wine Hub is set up with the Private Client Reserves Management (PCRM) add-on with must-have information.

Wine Hub manages in bond (as well as duty paid) client storage and billing cycles, and allows for calculation and payment of duties and sales tax at withdrawal for delivery or in warehouse.
