We are here to support you, every step of the way. When you buy into the Wine Hub, we’ll build an onboarding plan together that’s designed to help you migrate systems as seamlessly as possible, and to reach your most important goals, faster.
Easy Migration & Onboarding
You will be allocated an implementation manager, who will be your main point of contact and will coordinate with you and the other teams at Wine Owners throughout the onboarding process.
You will also be allocated a data implementation specialist in charge of the data migration.
Data Migration
Migration onto the Wine Hub is seamless and well-regarded by our clients, because we have worked very hard to put into place processes that understand data, and more specifically wine data.
By dedicating time to think about and understand what data is to be migrated, and the preparation phase in cleaning that data, it means common software migration scenarios of added costs and delays are simply eliminated.
Conversations between our data specialists and your team are a priority, meaning a controlled, robust service is delivered quickly and with no surprises, saving you stress, time and money.

The data migration went smoothly – the business transition was quite straightforward with some adjustment to new ways of doing things. There were no moments of panic. Moving from Sage to Netsuite had been more painful for the business, with Wine Hub much more intuitive.
Going live with your Wine Hub
Once you are live on your Wine Hub, you will be handed over to the Support Team and your Account Manager.
You will be able to reach out to the Support Team directly via the ticketing system for any support-related requests.
Your account manager will be in touch for an intro call once you are live.
