Two years after launching the Wine Hub, the industry operating platform for wine merchants, retail and importers, Wine Owners announces the creation of the Hub User Forum.

“Our whole business is focused on the success of our business clients: through all stages of the Wine Hub lifecycle from contracting and scheduling, through the crucial delivery process, then onboarding and team adoption during the period post go live” explains Nick Martin, co-founder and CEO of Wine Owners.

“The Hub User Forum takes input on best practise and requirements from our clients, prioritises those needs according to industry demand and the predicted impact of changes, shares the high level product roadmap and details of new releases with Wine Hub practitioners, and provides a forum for customers to discuss business issues with each other.”

The Wine Hub is a standardized industry operating platform focused on improving operational efficiency and supporting business growth through better connectivity of a wine business to its sources of supply and channels to market.

The operating platform masters, and hence orchestrates, allocation and sales of inventory to multiple sales and marketing channels, and connects to warehousing. It provides the wine industry with a low cost way of improving their operations and provides an effective basis for scaling up.

The developing suite of Hub Connect open APIs mean business customers can configure a sector specific, SaaS platform comprised of best in class applications, including fully integrated e-commerce (in many instances for the first time), and opens up the full potential of multichannel selling for the first time, that encompasses Liv-ex integration.
