This website is for information purposes and is provided by Wine Owners Limited, 39 Berwyn Road, Richmond upon Thames, Surrey TW10 5BU.  ( Company Registration Number: 07645873 | VAT Registration Number: GB 124 3517 41 )

Subsequent Services provided via Wine Owners Limited (WOL) will be subject to a separate Agreement. A Services Agreement can be provided to you on request.

Availability

Best endeavours are used to ensure that the website is available 24 hours per day without interruption. However, we reserve the right to make the website unavailable at any time In the case of an unplanned outage, we will fix any problem you may encounter with our services as soon, and as efficiently, as possible.

Copyright/ Intellectual property

The website, its style and structure, and the materials and information on the website are all protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights, and may not be used by you except as expressly provided in this User Agreement.

Content

We will use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that the information on the Website is accurate and complete. However, we do not give any promises about the accuracy or completeness of that information.

You must not:

If you breach this provision you may be committing a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We may report any such breach to any relevant authorities and we will co-operate with them.

Save as provided below, we disclaim all and will not be liable in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence) or otherwise arising in connection with this User Agreement or the Platform services for:

  • consequential, indirect or special loss or damage
  • any loss of goodwill or reputation
  • any economic losses (including loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings)

in each case, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage and howsoever incurred.

No endorsement

No inclusion of any content, related copy, or trade mark use constitutes any endorsement by Us of brands which are referenced.

Jurisdiction

English law governs this User Agreement and any dispute connected with this agreement is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
